Fateh Tarar

Fateh Tarar is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Fateh is admitted to practice in Maryland.

Fateh graduated from George Washington University with a bachelor’s in political science and a Minor in History. Fateh then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law.

During law school, Fateh served as the Manuscript Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum, Maryland’s oldest law journal. While in law school, Fateh also served as a member of the Honor Board and a team member of UB’s Gibbons Criminal Moot Court team, which won Best Brief Runner-Up at UCLA’s Cyber Crimes Moot Court Competition in 2022.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Fateh Tarar was employed in the Honorable Jeannie J. Hong’s Chambers as her Judicial Law Clerk.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Fateh brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction, and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Fateh enjoys playing golf, running marathons, and spending time with his wife.
