Privacy policy
How we handle information — which for the people we serve is a safety question, not an administrative one.

What we collect
When you contact us or report a case, we collect the information you choose to give: your name, contact details, and the account you provide. We do not require identity documents to make first contact.
How we use it
Information you send is used to assess and act on your case, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share case details with donors, partners, or media without your explicit, informed consent — and consent to one disclosure is not consent to another.
How we store it
Case records are held securely and access is limited to staff working on the matter. Where a person asks us to hold a record under a pseudonym or to delete it entirely, we do so.
Website analytics
[State here whether you use analytics. If you use Google Analytics or similar, say so and link to their policy. If you use nothing, say that — it is a meaningful reassurance for the people visiting this site.]
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@drfmp.org and we will respond within [number] days.
